In the immediate aftermath of overwhelming gains by Republicans in the 2014 midterms, Governor Sarah Palin told Fox Business host Stuart Varney that the onus is now on the GOP to show the American people what the party has to offer.
Watch the full segment:
EXEMPT RINO Boehner JUST announced
that he will work with Obola.
As much as I would like to see a masculine display of testicular fortitude on the part of the establishment GOP, I suspect before too long we will be thinking much like Lincoln, 1862, on the subject of his bashful copperhead general George McClellan:
“My dear McClellan: If you don’t want to use the Army I should like to borrow it for a while.”
Somehow Boner just doesn’t understand what the message was -
STOP Obama, don’t “work with him”.
I’m still trying to figure out why Sarah did not run for that Senate seat instead of Sullivan. Might be because she still has minor children, including a special needs child, at home. She would have won and would now be trying to decide what color of drapes to get for her Senate Office. I wonder if she regrets her decision to not run.
I hope this is a strategy. I hope by “working with Obama” he means sending bills his way, having them vetoed, then pointing out how it seems to be impossible to work with Obama, though he gave it a shot.
The alternative would be to say he will NOT work with Obama....that could be used to smear him royally.
Or not. How do you get rid of this guy?
I don’t think so.
A legislative position leaves her exposed to sabotage from both sides of the aisle. She quit being a sitting duck when she resigned from office.
If she does throw her hat back into the ring, I doubt it’s for anything other than an executive position.
Good point. She has indicated she might run again for political office in the future.
Wow!!!!
I think she’s going for it in 2016.
My dear McClellan: If you dont want to use the Army I should like to borrow it for a while.
LOL! But, the could apply for Boehner and McConnell.
However, we must take into account more advice from Abraham Lincoln, that America will never be destroyed from the Outside, it is we who will destroy ourselves, We MUST live our values, we MUST Build the America we want to live in at our address.
Crazy talk. We must elect ...well any people I guess no matter what. Values are secondary to Charlie Sheen WINNING!
Agreed. Sarah Palin is a wonderful executive and leader. She would be wasted in the Senate—wasted, and probably undermined by the Senate leaders.
On the other hand, no one would make a better President, if only we could get her in there.
She did manage to win the governorship of Alaska against corrupt Republican opposition as well as Democrats, but I’m afraid the White House would be harder. Harder, but worth any effort!
I respectfully disagree. Palin would make a good senator.
In the cryin oompah-loompah and post turd-le they got absolutely NOTHING. Both are enabling LOSERS.
In the mean time, Palin will endorse “independent” squishes who team up with democrats for governor. Just for spite because the current governor axed Palins tax plan.
Palin can just go away for good. She has proven herself to be another petty politician.
Sarah wastes no time. :)
They got shite
Plenty rah rah Freepers gonna be sad
So, what do you have to offer?
The article by McConnell and Boehner said that they were going to take action against the Affordable Care Act immediately. It warned Obama against taking any executive action on immigration. It said that they were going to restore the forty hour work week as full time, simplify the tax code and I forget what else.
It did not say that they were going to work with Obama on anything. The only Republican saying that is McCain, the idiot.
