Obama can’t even get his numbers right. Looking at NC alone there was slightly over 4 million votes cast for both Romney and Obama in 2012. This year the totals were under 3 million between Kay Hagan and the Rep Winner. That does not support 2/3’s staid at home. About the only thing consistent about Obama are his excuses.
