In CT, the RINO Foley is not a gun grabbber, but will not actively reverse what marxist Malloy has enacted.

Unknown if he will actually enforce any of Malloy’s laws while the law makes its way through the courts.

In any case, Malloy is an extremist at gun grabbing. He has made thousands of gun owners into felons with his enactment of his law. He MUST go.

The governor is not a king so he can ONLY sign into law what the legislature sends him, or he can veto it. Through pressures and leadership a bill can be crafted to get the gun laws in line with the 2nd amendment. The new governor can shut down the state until it happens. He has the bully pulpit and can take his stand to the people on the foundation of the 2nd amendment

Foley is not a RINO... the tea party endorsed him 4 years ago...

The TEA party is concerned with financial issues. Tom Foley is conservative on financial issue, and is the successful business man that we need. Across the board great on finances.

However, the TEA party has little to do with non-financial issues (at least it was 4 years ago):

The TEA party did not focus on abortion (Foley is pro-choice).
The TEA party did not focus on gay marriage (Foley has no intention of challenging the CT gay marriage situation)
The TEA party did not focus on gun control (Foley opposes the CT gun control law, but has no intention of changing it by legislation)
The TEA party did not focus on illegal immigration (Foley is MORE liberal than Malloy...thought that the child immigrants should have been housed in CT)

Tom Foley has said that he will not challenge CT’s gun grab law - but will sign legislation that vetos it, if it happens to land on his desk.

As the CT congress is controlled by the dems, there will not be any such legislation.

The best hope we have in CT is to hope Foleey doesn’t actively enforce this stupid law while the case makes its way through the courts.

The Tea Party was started because of Obama raising taxes. Foley looks like he could put CT back into the business of growing businesses.

I really hope so.
He’s the right person for Connecticut.

He’s not a Scott Walker, but he knows business.
