Well, Sandy Berger stuffed TOP SECRET documents with Clinton notes written in the margins that he stole from the national archives and then secreted them (so he said) in some junk file cabinets or something. He never got one day of jail - lost his clearance for a while, and to my knowledge has not been otherwise hampered.
To my mind, keeping America from being able to put a face (other than the ONE) on the demise of that monster is essential. They have allowed movies, books and all manner of publicity - as long as Obama can be connected with it and become the final comeback from a low information voter (he got Osama) when all their arguments against sanity go up in smoke.
