LOUISVILLE U.S. Sen. Mitch McConnell started his Saturday before Election Day in Louisville rallying his troops in an effort to get out the vote ahead of Tuesdays election.
At the Best Western across the parking lot from McConnells campaign headquarters the five-term incumbent thanked campaign staffers and volunteers for giving up the next few days in an effort to turnout voters on Election Day.
At headquarters weve run out of things to do. Weve raised all the money we can raise. Weve bought all the TV time we can buy, and radio time. Weve dropped all the mail pieces we can its all in your hands, McConnell told the crowd. I cant tell you how much Elaine and I both appreciate your willingness to inconvenience yourselves over the next few days to go out and bring these voters to the polls.

If McConnell loses, it won’t be our fault. It will be his.

He is still promising to take out the conservatives it seems Yes! Have no fear, conservative republicans! Should Mitch McConnell become Senate Majority Leader, I am certain he'll put conservatives in prime leadership positions!
