Ready or not, technologies are quickly arriving, which allow us to assess other people to a degree of accuracy we never before imagined. While by no means a cure for Alzheimers at least in the diseases early stages facial recognition software could supplement a sufferers slowly deteriorating memory and help recall acquaintances, friends and loved ones.

Voice stress analysis has been around for decades. It used to be done with analog instruments. More recently, it has been computerized. But it still works (or, rather, doesn't work) about the same. If it really worked, we'd know, because everybody would be using it on politician audio.
Modern computer technology is capable of parsing facial expressions and eye movements in videos. But I don't expect that to be any more successful.
Look directly at the phone and say “Listen to me, smartphone. Everything I say is a lie. I am telling the truth.”
Then wait for the self-destruct app to kick in.
