PORTLAND – The Campaign for Maine, the political action committee supporting Eliot Cutler, received $50,000 in contributions from major, out-of-state Republican donors in its most recent campaign finance report. The donors, James and Marilyn Hebenstreit of Kansas, also contributed the maximum amount to Eliot Cutler’s campaign in September.

Conservative radio pundit Howie Carr also told GOP supporters to talk up Eliot Cutler to their "moonbat friends" to help re-elect Gov. LePage.

Eliot Cutler held a news conf this morning where he said he is not dropping out but that his supportors should vote their concience. Angus King issued a statement that he is switching his endorsement to Michaud.
The Tea Donors may have purposely held back until the last week prior to elections, to keep from getting too much attention from Lois Lerner’s Flying Monkeys of the IRS. “Fly, my pretties, fly to your work!”
If LePage is extreme why are Collins and Snowe supporting him.
The Dem must be insane.
“Under Paul LePage, the economy is turning around. … Please join me in supporting Gov. LePage on Tuesday” says Snowe in the telephone call recording, according to the LePage campaign.
Then he'll caucus with the GOP when it takes the Senate.
The press release cited fails to note that the same finance report shows $30,000 from liberals to the PAC. The funders they castigate are old friends of Eliot Cutler.
Maine is going big time for Republicans this year...I hope ME2 will go GOP and I’d love to see ME1 (southwestern Maine) got GOP, too.
