The level of inconvenience, unaccounted cost government action (actually more INaction than action), airline precautions and necessary actions, e.g., modifying cabin cleaning procedures, waste disposal et al, put this guess much, much higher than $1000 per hour.
All because Obama doesn’t want to look bad in Africa.
