A Ukrainian man who legally changed his name to Darth Vader and is running for a seat in the country's parliament was turned away from a Kiev polling station Sunday for refusing to take off his mask to be identified.

Damn. I was planning on dressing up like a clown to go to the polls this time. I wonder if they do that here. Like most Americans, I’ve realized that we can’t take our “elections” very seriously anymore. They are a banana republic joke.

He COULD have gotten the pollsters to take him to the "back room," off the mask for identification, then put mask back on and voted.
