Two gang members were arrested in the killing of a 9-year-old Anaheim girl who was hit by stray gunfire while playing outside her apartment, police said Saturday.
Ricardo Cruz, 19, of Buena Park and Alfredo Miguel Aquino, 20, of Anaheim were arrested late Friday and booked on suspicion of murder in the death of Ximena Meza.

Well obviously this is a case of playground violence.
We clearly need more funding to bring attention to stopping playground violence.
We need to teach marksmanship in the schools. All too often gang members try to shoot each other and don’t know how. All too often innocent kids get killed and the gang bangers don’t get a scratch. I’d like to see them kill each other off for a change.
