The quiet murmur of several dozen Republican activists crammed in a small office in a Denver suburb was broken Saturday morning by a jocular cry: "Hey, everybody, what's going on?"
Rep. Cory Gardner, the party's Senate candidate burst into the room and immediately began shaking hands and posing for pictures.
Rick Murray, 69, a financial broker, shook his head in admiration. "You see enthusiasm like that out of anybody else?" he said. It's an enthusiasm that's mounting as Republicans watch public polls breaking their way in the final days in this perennial swing state.
Republican enthusiasm is reflected in the early ballot returns. Colorado has overhauled its elections and this year every registered voter received a mail ballot. Citizens can register to vote until Election Day and cast their ballot at any local polling station. Republicans usually lead in early ballot returns here, and election officials statewide have received nearly 65,000 more ballots from Republican voters than from Democrats with more than 500,000 votes submitted.
Colorado Republicans still remember polls showing they'd win a Senate seat in 2010, only to have the Democratic incumbent eke out a narrow win. They remember the huge crowds that accompanied Mitt Romney during the 2012 presidential election, which didn't translate into enough votes to beat President Barack Obama, who carried the state by 5 percentage points.
Both sides are hustling in the election's final days. Udall is on the second week of a statewide bus tour and will join Hickenlooper at a rally with former president Bill Clinton on Monday. Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush will appear with Gardner and Beauprez on Wednesday.
"We're more hopeful and more positive" than in the past, said Tanne Blackburn, vice chair of the Douglas County Republican Party.

Don’t get too excited. Colorado has become the midwest version of California with illegal immigrants the past decade.

Ballots from last minute registrations are supposed to include some form of identification (a photocopy) with the ballot. These ballots should be challenged if they do not contain that personal identification document.

Vote fraud is how Dims win elections. This is why they are so dead set against photo ID for voting. Look for mail or internet ballot pushes in every state; it will nullify photo ID and make cheating even easier.

Colorado is also being filled with California immigrants who are leaving the hell hole that California has become thanks to liberal policies, yet these same immigrants will eagerly vote to implement these same policies in Colorado. THOUSANDS OF OBAMA's DACA-TYPES ON VOTER ROLLS North Carolina election officials just discovered 145 names who are ineligible b/c they are illegal immigrants granted Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals status.....
....the NC State Bd of Elections discovered the illegal voters Tuesday when the DMV ran a search for DACA licenses. The DACA recipients on voting rolls will be sent letters requesting documentation that they are citizens. NC DACA beneficiaries are able to obtain drivers licenses, but are not able to vote.
The Winston-Salem Journal notes that it is likely more ineligible people may still remain on the voting rolls. Nearly 10,000 names on the rolls are tagged by the DMV as "legally present"..... But that doesn’t mean that all 10,000 are ineligible to vote. These were not US citizens when they got a license. They may have been green-card holders, foreign workers or foreign students, for example.
Earlier, election officials did a sample cross-check of 1,600 of the 10,000 “legally present” names against a DHS database and found that 94% were eligible to vote.....that means if the ratio held for the whole 10,000, 600 people would be ineligible.
NC--DMV is now cross checking all the names....early voting is set to start Thursday.

HEALTHCARE MY AUNT TILLY---Healthcare.gov is a sub rosa Dummycrat voter registration site. "Obamacare" is a huge voter fraud machine---registering unsuspecting enrollees who get plugged into Democrat voter rolls just by enrolling for "healthcare."
NEWS STORY--Local couple received pre-marked voter registration card from "Covered California" (Cali O/Care); an envelope from the state's Obamacare website contained a letter discussing voter registration and a registration card pre-marked with an "x" in the box next to Democratic Party.
Another Obamacare web site reported it "accidentally" registered 4000 latinos.

Some of it still takes place at the precinct level nowadays , especially in big cities with minority majorities, with the traditional church van visiting 10-12 precincts.
You report early to the church hall, get a hearty breakfast, $20-30 in street money, make sure your absentee ballots are in order, then you hit the polls. It's tradition. If the church is well organized, you'll get some lunch, too, and maybe another trip round the precincts. Sometimes the street money is paid for each voting receipt. 10-12 not unheard of.
But these days, the major chicanery is done with absentees and computers. Dead people are absent, are they not? Virtual people invented by your Sim City program are absent, too. Are they not? Virtual voters are often generated from the dead, who are presumed to have multi-generational families.
These techniques grew up with computers. The pioneers were the Congressional Sanchez Sisters in Orange county, CA. Loretta's team just plain invented about 7500 voters. They also worked hard to illegally register aliens, legal and illegal, felons.
The tech has matured to the point where CA is reputed to have half-a-million fraudulent votes available. It has also been reported that about 75 seats in the CA legislature were filled by fraudulent election tactics.
Judges of Elections know the tricks. 75 voters registered at a house that doesn't exist on a non-existent street; another 50 registered at an address that is a gas station ... or an empty lot. 6100 dead voted in one county ? ... that's more than enough to throw an election. In local elections where 15% turnout is considered good ... like schoolboard ... 10 fraudulent absentee votes can throw the results.
