I have long dreaded the day that has clearly been coming when I sit down to check FreeRepublic and it ain’t there. For me that day will be The Day when it is clearly over here. Gotta admit my heart skips a beat when I try to login and the server is down.

However, through regulations and the court one ideologue can control everybody. A man I know was burning his kitchen waste. A neighbor called the county EPA. They swooped in like a SWAT and put out the fire. They sifted the ashes and bagged and tagged the waste. They wrote him a ticket which counts as a criminal arrest. He couldn’t pay the fine and now can’t get a state driver’s license until he does. It went into collection where they added 40% to it. I take him to work almost every day. By using the outsized leverage of the state is how the governing class gets their way.
That's OK since we will all be able to meet up and commiserate together in the re-education camps.

If you know the facts on this case even if it wasn’t published I encourage you to write a report post it here in FR’s as a topic. These are examples of how out of control things are getting to be particularly with the EPA.

I favor the curtailment of political trash on MSNBC and CNN.
The action will result in shutting both of them down and possibly the egregious NBC as well.
