Russian military provocations have increased so much over the seven months since Moscow annexed Crimea from Ukraine that Washington and its allies are scrambling defense assets on a nearly daily basis in response to air, sea and land incursions by Vladimir Putins forces.
Not only is Moscow continuing to foment unrest in Eastern Ukraine, U.S. officials and regional security experts say Russian fighter jets are testing U.S. reaction times over Alaska and Japans ability to scramble planes over its northern islands all while haunting Swedens navy and antagonizing Estonias tiny national security force.

This was a KSA inspired price move and it was directed as much toward American producers as it was Russia and Iran.
Iran saying it is directed at them.
Other saying it is for the Saudi’s to regain a shrinking China Market Share.
Venezuela wants an emergency OPEC meeting, because they will be bankrupt in no time at this price.
