The New York Times reports that if a permanent agreement is reached with Iran regarding its nuclear program before the end of November deadline, President Barack Obama will make every effort not to bring the agreement before the US Congress for a vote.
Senior US government clerks told the newspaper that Obama is authorized to suspend most of the sanctions placed on Tehran, even without asking Congress...

Without a majority, he can’t be rebuffed, rebuked or reproved, much less removed.

SCOTUS can perhaps rule his actions unconstitutional, but they have no enforcement mechanism of their own.
Kind of the problem, ain’t it?
Unlike Reagan, who victoriously returned our brothers and sisters, to the joy of all Americans and had the will of the people behind him, Obama will be meek and his position on the margin, as there is little we achieve for his pathetic uhmmm...achievement.
Americans are “Go big or go home” in our intent and desired outcome.
Obama is weak and if he does this it will be seen for what it is: A pathetic attempt to accomplish something meaningful.
Of course, his act will be pathetic and of no consequence, in terms of what we want and how we see ourselves.
This deal is a beggars attempt at being big but, with an outcome of no meaningful consequences.
I’m tired, so what I am trying to convey isn’t coming across as I would prefer.
Three words: He’ll surrender.

Iran agreement ... amnesty for illegals ... God know what else is being held off until after the election.
Makes you think we may be in for a bumpy ride after Nov. 5, doesn’t it?
Without Congressional approval it is not a permanent agreement with the United States, only a personal one with Obama.
And this allows him to lift sanctions, even if imposed by act of Congress?
