Race-baiting serves no constructive purpose, regardless of which side of the spectrum it comes from.
Nonsense. Identifying the skin color of the perp serves an important public interest to those not yet mugged and who at least may be in those areas. It also points out over time that a certain segment of society my be more likely to commit the crimes than another group.
Unfortunately about 80%-85% of the muggings come from one demographic.
