I remember that... especially in 1994. That's the part of the Clinton administration people conveniently forget... the one that schwacked the economy with a tax hike, the one who's fecklessness lost 18 of America's fighting troops in Mogadishu, and the burning of the Davidian compound in Waco. Remember just after that blowout in the '94 elections, Clinton was whining that he was "still relevant?"
