There is one word for terrorists "trained" to fly high-performance aircraft: targets.

The Japanese Kamikaze in WWII didn’t get much training—nor did the 9/11 pilots. They don’t have to be trained for much piloting expertise beyond takeoff and pointing toward their crash target.
Uhm, I think I heard once that some guys were trained to only takeoff, navigate to a location and never land?
