Centers for Disease Contraction: We should immediately restrict flights for Americans who we suspect may have Ebola. Africans who may have Ebola, however, can fly into and around the country all they like.
Centers for Disease Continuation: We carefully track and monitor each and every person who comes in contact with Ebola, except those who actually come in contact with Ebola like these two nurses, one of whom we let fly around the country on airplanes loaded with passengers.
Head of the Centers for Disinformation Control: You don't need double gloves, facemask or foot covering to treat Ebola patients, unless you're me, who wears full head-to-pinkytoe HAZMAT gear whenever I go anywhere near an Ebola patient.

Our inept goobermint is doing everything it can to either kill us all or have an excuse to declare martial law.

Defund the CDC! Let the 10th Amendment prevail so that states and local resources can effectively function without a meddling, inept central government.

The purpose of the “Bring Out Your Dead” ping list (formerly the “Ebola” ping list) is very early warning of emerging pandemics, as such it has a high false positive rate.
So far the false positive rate is 100%.
At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the “Bring Out Your Dead” threads will miss the beginning entirely.
*sigh* Such is life, and death...
