Looks like he’s back to giving lectures and inspecting the regime’s many Potemkin sites.
Not a bad day job for a 31 year old dictator.

Greetings to Kim Jong Un from Palestinian President
Pyongyang, October 10 (KCNA) — Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, received a message of greeting from Mahmoud Abbas, president of the State of Palestine and chairman of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, on October 10.
In the message the president said he was pleased to extend the sincere and warmest congratulations and best wishes to His Excellency Kim Jong Un and, through him, to the friendly Korean people on behalf of the State of Palestine and its people and on his own behalf on the founding anniversary of the friendly Workers’ Party of Korea.
Kim Jong Un has realized the aim and aspiration of the friendly country and people of the DPRK, the message said.
It expressed thanks to Kim Jong Un for paying attention to realizing the just cause of Palestine to end occupation and build an independent state with east Kuds as its capital city, a peaceful and stable country keeping good neighborly relations with its surrounding countries, and for always supporting and extending solidarity to its just cause in international arenas.
It wished Kim Jong Un good health and happiness and hoped that the historical relations of friendship and solidarity between the two countries and peoples would grow stronger.

I heard one expert on a talk show last week speculate that he would show this week for some big anniversary celebration. He also thinks he may have been deposed and is being held as a figurehead to trot out for special occasions.

Have they released a photo or video? Not that I've seen just yet. Then this COULD just be a lie to make it look he's doing fine.
