On Sunday’s This Week, ABC’s Jim Avila gave Democrat Julian Castro, newly appointed Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, nearly 5 minutes of promotional airtime to play up his political ambitions.
The ABC reporter began the Castro advertisement by declaring “he's just 77 days into his new job, but ever since his swearing in, so many Democrats have skipped ahead trying to figure out what's next for the rising star? Could he be on a presidential ticket in 2016?”

“Rising Star” was EXACTLY what they were calling the current idiot in chief right after he became a senator.
Julian Castro should consider changing his first name to Che.
Notice when the MSM talks about Dems there’s no concern about social issues, them reaching out to Independents or Conservatives or their being too leftist to win!

I was thinking he might catch a bullet somewhere from some deranged leftist (a la Gabby Giffords). But a perp walk is just as good.

This is the butthole and the Hunt corporation who are bringing a huge low income housing to our neighborhood. The people are up in arms but knowing this freakin administration and that greedy money corporation who owns the majority of our city land and our rotten stinking city Representatives there’s nothing we can do about it! This complex is probably being built for all the illegals who came across the border illegally. They have to haul them somewhere and the next best thing to do is build a housing complex to put them in....and that’s exactly what they’re doing! As a taxpayer footing out the bill it infuriates me we have no say so and this ticks me off to no end. Is there anything homeowners can do to stop this atrocity in our neighborhood?

BTW, the replacement current mayor, a black woman, is 10 times better! And she claims she won't run for election next time. Even though a Democrat, I have to say she is doing a much better job. She "killed" the $90 million light rail system (that would be $45 million per mile, since is was only 2 miles) that was planned for downtown and so controversial. This was Julian's project.
Be a shame if a hitherto unnoticed 'endangered' specie was found living on the proposed site, mandating immediate protection into the foreseeable future ..
Or if every few feet the excavators unearthed some mysterious archaelogical artifacts, delaying the project for who knows how long ..
