Yes GotoMeeting, GlobalMeet, Joinme, and others. I trained 244 people all over the country about a week ago using Globalmeet-Webex. Last year I trained 440 at once.

Not just colleges, public schools could resort to it too. Conventions, corporate trainings, business meetings could all use it to reduce exposure. Heck if you could sufficiently secure it, Congress could probably use it too.

The timing couldn't be worse because flu season is coming up. It's going to be a nightmare for doctors' offices and hospitals.

funny how the govt uses the medical definition and not the common sense approach in their feeble attempt to maintain a perspective of control...

Too many preventable events have happened during Obama’s watch - and his track record is one complete list of failures!

...celebrating the $190 millions that the Dallas Baptist church got for housing illegal alien children from South America.

Be advised the Baptist churches were not involved in the transaction. Baptist Children & Family Services, a non-profit, has no relationship with the Baptist Convention.

Indeed, BC&FS is in the process of dropping the "B" fromm its name. And, while it's a no-profit, it's not really a "charity" -- because over 90% of its income is the result of government grants.

BC&FS would be more accurately described as a "non-proit organization that is part of the liberal infrastructure".

These questions are no longer hypothetical

The FOX doc just said that Glaxo will have 10,000 doses of a new drug available in 6 months. He said it's in Phase 2 testing, and has been very successful in treating primates.

He said "it could be a game-changer."

As for the people living in the apartment with him, if at least one of them does NOT come down sick I am highly suspicious that they KNEW he was coming to America with Ebola and took precautions. I’m not wishing for any of them to have Ebola, I’m just saying that it seems highly irregular in light of how others are catching it.

You’re entirely correct about this. Between university online systems like blackboard and business apps like Gotomeeting, personal contact can be minimized. Unfortunately, healthcare is still person to person. We need to get some medical droids up and running

[if the virus is transferred through tiny droplets in the air this would technically not be called an “airborne virus”.]

yeah - maybe we should call it “Floating Hitchhiker” - or just “air transferable qualities”

like you, I agree... - it’s time to state it for what it is and can do!

Ebola Vaccine Fully Successful in Monkey Tests: Study

All of the animals injected with the vaccine survived Ebola while those that went unprotected died within 6 days, the report said.

Human tests begin next week in West Africa. Glaxo could have 10,000 doses ready in 6 months.

I read the HCW started showing symptoms on Friday. Funny how we hear about every fake case immediately, but this one they wait days, till the Sunday before a Federal holiday, before revealing the news... Press conference at 730am CDT

Huh, and at first we were told she said they take “extreme measures” and she doesn’t know how she could have possibly contracted it.

I guess I can’t say I would never do such a thing if I were in her shoes, until I’m in her shoes. But I’m pretty sure that unless a big spider were crawling down my face I would be cognizant enough to NOT touch it with a contaminated glove.

I do not believe her, as she suddenly remembered that days after getting sick, and after being interrogated more than once.
