They could perhaps be held accountable, but nothing will be done about it — they will go scott free.
The members of the privileged class will protect one another.
The non-islamists need good sniper rifles. If they had those and enough backbone not to run, but to fight they would easily win. If each person with a gun watched for an easy shot at ISIS, they would soon be gone and their arms funnelled to them from Benghazi would be picked up and used by the opposition to ISIS.
It might not exist, but I could form a redneck auxiliary unit and we sure as hell could make one... ;-)

And WIN like we did in WWII. I was just telling my daughter about our relationship with Japan after hearing on the news of an American naval base in Japan. (”Why do we have a base in Japan?”)
I explained to her how after the war we took over the governing of the country. Helped them rebuild, but under our rules. Same with Germany. And now they are good allies. I’m not sure how it all worked - but it’s too bad we couldn’t have done the same in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Instead of turning the rule back over to muslims that would either become traitors or cowards.
One of the big differences between japan/germany and iraq is that the former are nationalities limited to specific countries. Not the same situation in iraq where we deal with ethnic grps and factions of islam. Different ballgame completely.

There was a story of a young Kurdish woman that was in some town fighting. She was on the radio with others. She kept up the fight until her ammo ran out and she was surrounded. Well - she did keep one last round for herself. (Some say it is propaganda).
I keep hearing that special operations personal, and all their related support units are super busy and have been for some time. Not just in Arab countries but Eastern Europe, Africa, and South America. Maybe they are just stretched too thin but there is an awful lot more going on than we ever hear about, no joke.
Some would say they can neither confirm or deny that information...;-)
They are already are here! This is one of the reasons why Americans have been arming up the last few years now.
