Unbelievable. Complete judicial supremacy in NC. The people voted to change their Constitution and judges simply laugh in the their face. They are already issuing marriage licenses.

In the defense of the NC GOP, unlike Wisconsin, the Republicans have stood strong in the face of judicial tyranny. However, with the national GOP largely silent, social conservatives are once again deprived of a voice in our government. When do we say ENOUGH?!

There aren’t enough of us. The libs have first and goal from the one... The Cloward/Priven strategy is now a conservative’s best hope.

It’s not marriage. It’s state sanctioned sodomy!

Senate leader Phil Berger and House Speaker Thom Tillis issued the following statement following the ban being overturned: While we recognize the tremendous passion on all sides of this issue, we promised to defend the will of North Carolina voters because they – not judges and not politicians – define marriage

Wrong. God defined marriage.

Yeah, “historic”. I used to love history. Especially AMERICAN history. Ever since the Kenyan rose to power, “history” in America has really sucked. “Historic” homosexual “marriage”. The “historic” Ebola “patient 0”.

Let it be set in stone. The states are no longer entities with ANY sovereignty. They have become mere peasant provinces of the federal leviathan. The states are not going to save this nation. The nation is dead

It’s actually not “legal” in NC.

What has happened is that the State has been enjoined from enforcing its law.

NOW! And that’s why I’m proud to be a member of the NC GOP, and my state. On the other hand Federal Judges that do not believe in the rule of law, nor God’s word will ultimately be judged by God, and it won’t be a pretty day (for them)!

Lesbians, oh, Lesbians

Everywhere there are lesbians

The Tattoed Lesbians of Asheville!

Seriously, Asheville is a hoot. Everywhere are women that hulk around , look exactly like younger versions of Janet Reno. Tatts all over necks and arms, hideous jewelry, unbathed …

I guess Asheville is happy today. There'll be a party at Malaprop's.

I would like a list of the judicial tyrants in all of the states that have forced this upon us against our will.

Someday, I’d like to think there will be an accounting. Name by name, judge by judge.

What stuns me is how liberals keep claiming victory on this issue even though they actually lost it. A majority of states actually addressed the issue and passed amendments and/or laws against it. But the libs kept up the lawsuits while stacking the courts with liberals. Now they and their judicial pals usually announce victory with the claim that public opinion is on their side.

How cool is that? Lose an issue and then claim victory anyway. Conduct a poll (loaded in your favor of course) if you need data. But no matter how spectacularly you lose, CLAIM VICTORY.

Oh, and they also benefit from their shifting principles. They tout states rights when they need to start the avalanche with one state (and put an end to federal amendment talk). Then they get their liberal federal judges to override the other states.

Wow! I think this is why SCOTUS didn’t rule on those SSM bans, because if they did, they’d have to rule them legal. This way, it’ll be legal in 50 states before they rule state SSM bans are legal. They assume states won’t return to the ban of immoral mating pairing.
