I have the perfect vaccination for the Ebola virus which is trying to come in via our waterways: it is a small copper implant tha is injected via a brass-cased syringe. The syringe is optimized to vaccinate as many people as possible in the shortest time possible, and it comes in both semi- and fully-automatic injector models. The diameter of the implant is approximately 12.7mm. This can be delivered from some distance by Coast Guard crews with minimal training, thereby sparing highly trained medical personnel.
Another version of the vaccine, using a 30mm diameter implant, can be delivered over longer distances by Air Force personnel with a bit more training. Being somewhat larger, this implant is more effective in keeping Ebola out of the country.
Warning, both implants may cause some pain and bleeding, but the pain is only temporary and it definitely cures the patient of Ebola.
