JERUSALEM (AP) -- Israel's prime minister dismissed a recent White House rebuke of Israeli settlement construction, saying in comments broadcast on Sunday that the criticism goes "against American values."
The tough words by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu threatened to deepen a rift with the White House over Israeli construction in the West Bank and east Jerusalem, areas captured by Israel in the 1967 Mideast war and claimed by the Palestinians as parts of a future independent state.

While I'm sure it hasn't escaped the notice of most of you, young students may not be so quick to notice how the AP has immediately indicated its taking of sides against Israel with this comment, laying blame on Netanyahu for "threatening" and "deepening a rift".
The AP should be shamed out of any tattered reputation of unbiased reporting!

I wonder if that question is ever made by the White House or State Department about Hamas or the PLO’s commitment to seeking peace with Israel? It’s always a one-way street with these lefties. It’s always Israel’s fault, never the PLO or Hamas. Israel has had control over this land since 1967. Developers in the US can build houses and multi-family housing but they can’t do the same in Israel? We’ve got bigger fish to fry in this country without telling Israel they can’t build a few houses on their own land.
Israel should “give back” Judea, Samaria and Jerusalem, after America “gives back” Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and California.

The other night I flipped to CNN and the host was interviewing some “professor” type. They had shown a clip of a black man kicking a cat across the room and debated about him possibly serve time for this and the professor dude equated the actions of the black man as being no different than the slaughter of cattle for food. I kid you not, this liberal idiot basically said that if you eat burgers because you like the taste than are you really any better than the man who physically abuses an innocent domesticated animal for kicks.
