Scientists to 'fast-track' evidence linking extreme weather to climate change
Daily Mail UK ^ | October 4, 2014 | By DARREN BOYLE

Environmental scientists want to introduce a new system to prove that adverse weather events are directly linked to climate change to counter global warming sceptics.

Under the new plan, a heatwave or major storm will be linked scientifically to man made climate change immediately after the event to prevent critics from blaming it on natural variations in the weather.

Scientists want to be able to provide proof of whether an event was caused by climate change within three day rather than the current system which can take up to a year.

Experts claim that such a long wait for proof means that the general public have broadly forgotten the event and are no longer interested with it.

I’m surprised they haven’t tried to link ebola to climate change/global warming yet. I bet before the year is out the BS will start.

“Propaganda battle”? The “skeptics” have truth on their side; all they have is propaganda.

The Daily Wail marches further left.

Baloney.

I don’t believe this at all.

(not your article, I don’t believe the propaganda they are advancing)

But what I am concerned with at the moment, is keeping America’s borders wide open, with Ebola out there.

Close them, or at least partway until Ebola is under control. Protect Americans.

Marixsts who are desperate to salvage their “Climate Change” narrative will now insist that their interpretation of any “adverse weather event” will now be directly attributable to “Climate Change” and that those who deny their assertions will be subject to immediate execution as enemies of the state!

The freeloading, lying “scientists” are starting to get desperate. They were counting on already making the big bucks by now. Their butts should be “fast-tracked” to jail for continuing with this hoax, scam and con job against the people.

“* Scientists will be able to link adverse weather to climate change in 3 days “

Scientists to 'fast-track' evidence linking extreme weather to climate change

Just put the proven scam artists at East Anglia and NASA on it.
They'll whip up phony massaged data thay they won't share and prove anything you want.

By the way, "climate" is still defined as behavior over a hundred years to several thousand years.
Anything else is certainly not science.

Nice try though.

In the movie "Chicago", Richard Gere played a slimey lawyer. At one point, he makes up a line of pure BS to fool a judge, and as he makes up one lie after another, he tap dances at a furious pace until he winds up with "the big finish".

It was an effective metaphor.

If your model doesn’t work; just cook the books.

Hey, didn’t the Enron execs go to prison for that?

I thought there was a rule that satire must be labeled as such.

Admittedly, it's getting harder to tell a sincere "news" article from satire but......this IS a parody, right?

Right?

We are in an interglacial warming period. What caused the warming about 15,000 years ago? Why have we had repeated ice ages and warming periods?
