We need to pass a Balanced Budget Amendment to the Constitution...
If so, it must be worded so the government can't just close the gap by raising taxes, that's what Dems will use it for.
It must force the government to cut something instead.

The same politicians who refuse to pass a balanced budget are promising a balanced budget amendment? It would be easier to pass a balanced budget wouldn’t it?
