There's another one where Porky is a fireman with similar scenarios. When the kids were young, I picked up a couple of handfuls of old VHS cartoon tapes from the local video rental store that was going out of business. I just chuckled when I saw these. Different time, different place....
Hmm...Heckle & Jeckle spoke with a British accent and a Bronx-Brooklyn one.
But the crows who watched Dumbo the elephant fly - now that might get banned!
Song of the South was one of my favorite animated movies when I was a little kid!
It’s completely ridiculous that it has been banned, along with the book ‘Little Black Sambo’ that was just a funny story about a boy escaping a tiger.
The idiots probably have also banned the animated movie Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
If anything in a Tom and Jerry cartoon offends you, I would suggest that you have some serious mental health issues that you need to work on...
***Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.***
What about COAL BLACK AND THE SEBBBEN DWARFS?

And who could forget Bugs Bunny running from the black hunter dragging his shotgun singing “I’m gonna get me a ra-ha-ha-bit.”
Or the Porky Pig -Daffy Duck cartoon where they are in a haunted house. As the ghost chases them from the house they jump in their car ans speed away. The exhaust from the car coats the ghost, he looks at the audience and says in a very black accent, “My-o-my! Tattletale grey!”
I even remember when Tom( of Tom and Jerry) was named Lester.
Anyone remember an old adult cartoon named COONSKIN?

I appreciate the comments. I didn’t know most of that. It was good to hear.
I don’t believe the guys came off polished enough for some Leftists. Therefore it had to be racist.
Look at Jackie Gleason. Look at the apartment he and Alice lived in. It was very meager. That’s what it was like back then.
Amos and Andy were just common blacks that carried on like that. It wasn’t a put-down. People were more simple back then.
What most people don’t realize, is that even Jackie Kennedy wasn’t the bright shining star she was depicted to be. She had supposed attended the best university, was raised in the New England upper crust society. She was our queen from Camelot.
And then someone came up with the bright idea to showcase her presenting a tour of part of the White House. Here was a woman frozen by the cameras sounding like one of the biggest simpletons around.
Was that racist? LOL
Hey great. I wasn’t aware of that.
I had come across a place where you could order their shows on DVD, but that was the extent of it as far as I knew.
Glad to hear it. Thanks.
I am familiar with the characters, but I was not exposed to their cartoons. What were they like?
