Stay off planes. This epidemic is not designed to kill a lot of us it is designed to finish off our economy. Imagine what happens when airlines are empty, schools close, trucks stop delivering goods, people quit going to work...

They keep not saying SWEAT. Isn’t that a body fluid?

We all perspire some all the time don’t we? Sometimes we sweat at a rate less than the evaporation rate but we still deposit moisture on surfaces we sit on don’t we?

OK ...

Ebola *currenly* is not “airborne”.

Air travel doesn’t per se infect fellow travelers. Contact with the infected and their offal does.

Unrestricted air travel at this time is just stupid, though, as we are allowing ‘typhoid Marys’ to travel at will.

The CDC advises that airlines prohibit those who have possibly been exposed to Ebola Virus Disease to be kept from boarding and monitored for the virus' 21-day incubation period.

Unless the passenger lies, and says "nope, never been near it". Then Thomas Eric Duncan, welcome aboard.

We have tickets to fly to our daughter’s in AK at the beginning of December. She’s having their 3rd child and will need some help after hubby has to go back to work. I hope to hell this is contained by that point as it’s scaring me.

There was a doctor today who boarded the plane wearing a complete hazmat suit as a protest.

I think as a protest we should all go around wearing masks and maybe rubber gloves.

CDC says ebola ‘may’ also spread thus: “may include emission of droplets into the air by vomiting or sneezing.”

Folks, that’s double-speak for AIR BORNE...which they are trying NOT to admit. And in a plane - air breathed by everyone goes around and around the closed system of the planes oxygen system.

So the CDC is now issuing a warning for flyers:

http://www.businessinsider.com/cdc-ebola-survival-guide-for…;

AND our gov’t is - says it’s taking some precautions regarding people flying here from ebola ravished countries (Other countries like England, France, The Ivory Coast countries, Kenya, Ghana, etc. have BANNED FLIGHTS from ebola stricken countries.) but actually, the U.S. is not going to do anything more than they already do - that is, swipe the forehead thermometer - and if no fever shows - they’re good to climb aboard. The CDC says “ the virus is not especially contagious before sick individuals display the grisly symptoms” - THAT is an outright lie. “Not especially” ??? Russian roulette.
There should be a ‘no fly’ from those countries unless a person goes thru’ a quarantine period. “We’re ready to quarantine ebola patients”???? ONLY if they’re showing ‘grisly symptoms’ . If they aren’t showing them yet - like this guy in Dallas wasn’t - they’re good to go!. How’s that worked out? In other words - we’re still as vulnerable as before.

http://www.businessinsider.com/white-house-us-airports-read…;

I think, were I flying, I’d be having me a face mask. Good grief, people in Japan wear one everywhere in public when there’ just a rash of the common cold.

WE need to be pro-active for our own health because the gov ‘t isn’t ‘especially’ going to protect us.

I plan on flying Thanksgiving.

Hopefully the aircraft will be empty, but if not I plan on spraying Lysol at everyone around me.

The CDC advises that airlines prohibit those who have possibly been exposed to Ebola Virus Disease to be kept from boarding and monitored for the virus’ 21-day incubation period. However, if you believe you or someone on the plane has been exposed to Ebola, here's how the CDC describes the symptoms:

Well idiots, anyone leaving the Hot Zone could “possibly been exposed to Ebola Virus Disease to be kept from boarding”, therefore, all commercial flights should be canceled.

That does not mean no flights, medical flights, medical ships could all be allowed, but commercial flights should be a be NO NO.

>>The Ebola Virus and its corresponding disease are spread through direct contact with the blood or contaminated bodily fluids of someone who is very sick.<<

Yeah, that's why they quarantine people with no systems. Give me a break.
