Imus would call it a "tension convention." There was palpable friction among members of the Morning Joe team today on the question of whether Secret Service Director Julia Pierson was an affirmative action hire. By the end, the almost unfailingly affable Willie Geist was smirking in frustration at Mika Brzezinski.
When Brzezinski first broached the sensitive-for-liberals subject, she suggested that she was going to go further than her male colleagues dared. But by the time she circled back to the topic, Mika had for some reason lost her nerve. She was suddenly so cautious that Donny Deutsch chided her for raising the issue "softly." Things came to a head when Mika, suddenly trying to sound tough, asked Willie whether it was "illegal" for her to ask why Pierson got her job. Willie, having suggested no such thing, could only smirk and look off camera for support in response to Mika's non sequitur of a question.

My initial thought was a black radical like Van Jones or Charles Bolden (NASA) who was put in place to make Muslims feel good about themselves and run a politically correct organization. I was surprised that it was a white woman. And it does appear she was an affirmative action hire because he bio states out “The highest ranking woman in the agency” over any other qualifications.
Amusing to watch liberals react when reality intrudes on their politically correct delusions. However these clowns are personally well paid and protected. Too bad they don’t suffer the consequences of their absurdities that are plaguing the American people. They really need to be punished and personally chastised.

Much of the competent Secret Service people from past administrations have been replaced with the sort of people willing to look the other way while Obama does what he does.
In order to allow access to the kind of people Obama wishes to provide access to, the ordinary security procedures the President is subject to must be eliminated or circumvented which provides a permissive White House security environment where such things can happen

Saw something yesterday about maybe she was a friend of Big Sis or part of a group of Big Sis female friends that tends to get consideration above and beyond more qualified individuals for Obola Administration jobs. I don’t have a link, unfortunately.
