Obama acknowledged that the U.S. underestimated
not quite, it is Obola who underestimated them.
Obama underestimated the rise of ISIS, not the US. The U.S. have been warring him about this for a year now. Warring Obama choose to ignore and even when he finally couldn’t ignore it anymore, Obama choose to drag his feet and allow ISIS to seases large shares of territories.
The Iraqi army was not ready because it lacked leadership and air support. If Obama had been paying attention he would have bombed ISIS back into a simple terrorist organization 6 months to a year ago. But OBAMA didn’t want to face reality that Iraq still needed support.
Yep. It’s already being done. Obama insists that he has to OK the bombings and the bombings that are being done fall on empty buildings. Just like Obama delayed the attempted rescue of the later-beheaded journalist until his captors had already left. Just like he refused to let the standard military protocols be used to protect the Benghazi compound - by refusing cross-border authorization that fell on his shoulders alone.
Obama is the guy making sure the bad guys always get away. That is his role - which he claimed specifically for himself in waging this “war”. It falls on nobody’s shoulders but his own, because he insisted that he alone have the authority. He alone would be the watchdog. The buck stops there, and he is doing exactly what he told the Egyptian ambassador in 2010 that he would do: support the Muslim agenda (the destruction of Israel and the US and the institution of worldwide sharia) because he was and still is a Muslim.
He said it himself, that he’s “pretty good at killing”. Seems to me that when he wants somebody dead we have the technology that enables him to make sure they end up dead. ISIS is not dead because Obama DOES NOT WANT THEM DEAD AND IS MAKING SURE THAT THEY ARE NOT DEAD.
The existential threat to the United States of America is the foreign enemy combatant in our White House. He is fighting for the other team.
