protesters out in force tonight, walking in the streets, blocking traffic, police not doing anything

after the apology of the ferguson police chief earlier today, about 50+ protesters have ramped up their activities, and are actively walking down the middle of the streets, blocking traffic, and sitting in the intersections. police finally showed up after a while, and are currently following the protesters a a distance, but not arresting or doing anything against the protesters.

basically, the protesters get to do anything they want now, and have the upper hand over the police.

basically, the protesters get to do anything they want now, and have the upper hand over the police.

No arrest for assaulting a convenience store owner, no arrest for having Swisher Sweets in his pocket, no arrest for walking down the middle of the street - in open defiance of LEOs.

For this to get "better", another incident will happen.

protesters were surrounding what appeared to be a pizza place or other food establishment, surrounding the windows and yelling at the occupants and intimidating the people inside. someone from inside came out to confront the protesters, police came between the protestors and that person. the people inside retreated, the person inside supposedly retrieved a handgun and the establishment turned off the lights.

the protestors, of course, are now making a big deal about the fact that someone inside the establishment would want to arm themselves against the crowd of protestors.
