What business is it of our Government (using our money) to worry about kids in a foreign land? I don’t see anything about that in Article I Section 8.
The problem with china’s one child policy is it leaves them witha surplus of men. a surplus that will probably be reduced only through war. Hopefully though they’ll just grow old and die off single and the next generation of chinese will be half the size. (but I doubt it)
(I wonder if china has seen an increase in the incidence of homosexuality)
