The context of this Obama remark is particularly troubling, since the rest of the speech had absolutely nothing to do with Israel, IIRC. And to add to the insult, it was done on the Jewish New Year. It just demonstrates even further that he is an Israel hater and anti-Semite, as so many leftist idiots are.
