After all, he sent them enough warnings that he would launch this political stunt, so they could hide among the people that they have been raping and beheading for nine months.

Obama isn't afraid to go after the source of terrorism.
He is afraid that the FBI will identify them and slow down the movement.
"Afraid" is not the word I would use to describe Obama's feelings here. "Complicit" would be more accurate.
Part of that is the tendency of the dupes of Satan to call evil good and good evil,
but a lot of it is Obama’s personal visceral hatred of all things “American”.
