Saw an article today that trees are *bad* because they are dark and therefor absorb more heat, warming the planet.

We cannot ever win an argument with these people. They want a *revolution*, defined as we all do what they want, now, regardless. It’s like that Kennedy saying he doesn’t need to change his fuel consumption because the important thing is to switch politicians. Presumably, to ones who will do whatever he wants, now.

The original pollution (hundreds of millions of years ago) was oxygen... Then all those oxygen breathing life forms developed.

You sir are correct........

What befuddles (I like that cute word) me the most is why we continue to refer to the air we breath as oxygen when the reality is that air is actually 78% nitrogen and only 21% oxygen.........and CO2 being only .03%

I've long held the "idea" that oxygen (O2) could very well be the poisonous catalyst behind all the grave illnesses such as cancer that mankind has and is suffering from. And if so, could reducing the oxygen intake of a cancer patient allow his body to help fight the cancer?

That's just my idea and I have no means whatsoever to argue any merits it may have.........
