That would have been Vince Foster, a close associate from the Little Rock based Rose Law Firm.
It wasn’t all that long ago really but then I forget how young some people are now.
Recall the admiral running the NSA who expired right after Vince Foster. He died of SIDS -——— Sudden Instant Death Syndrome-——as did so many who crossed Billy Blythe and the Chicago Rich Girl when they resided in Arkansas.
