Jenny Beth Martin, President and Co_founder of the Tea Party Patriots organization, was the guest interviewee on this week's Q&A on C-Span, aired earlier this evening and scheduled for repeat at 11:00 EDT. She discusses the founding and growth of the organization, its activities and goals, and some of its difficulties with the IRS and establishment GOP. She does a great job of handling host Brian Lamb's barbed questions about Tea Party "racism" and possible conflicts of interest with her own involvement in the organization.
She is dead to me. Dave Brat asked for her help in the primary to unseat Eric Cantor. She did nothing. Nothing. But she sure did jump on the bandwagon to try and make money off of his success. She had fundraising emails out within 24 hours of Dave’s primary win.
I have no use for her any more. She’s no different than Karl Rove.
Agreed. She may talk a good line. But all I’ve seen out of Jenny Beth is crying and whining for money. Wonder what her salary is?
I read what it is somewhere along the line but I don’t remember exactly. I think it’s close to $300,000. Plenty of money for her salary and not one penny for strong conservative candidates.

IMHO, the Tea Party is/should not be a national organization.
It should be local organizations only. That’s how it started out and that’s how it does it’s best work.
Agreed. Martin is a complete phony. Defund the TPP.
