I can see why the Chinese might be upset. America is collapsing under an incompetent and the world’s number one power title is so close they can taste it. Along comes imperialist Russia revitalizing its nuclear weapon gang starting to rebuild the territorial empire it had under the Soviets. Yeah, I can see how they might be pissed. Plus the Soviet had territorial claims against China.
