It’s not all Moo’s fault. When my kids were in school, the vending machines were taken out so the kids and teachers brought candy and snacks to sell out of their classrooms and lockers. Out in the open. No one cared. Kids would have suckers stuck in their mouths all through class. Teachers also had big Costco containers of candy to hand out at the drop of a hat. But, hey, at least those evil vending machines weren’t there!
My middle-school aged son has resorted to packing snacks that he can eat between classes. Today he informed me that he wants to bake cookies to bring to school for dessert after lunch! :-)
