State Sen. Roderick Wright sentenced for perjury, voter fraud (a whole 90 days in the big house)

Democratic state Sen. Roderick D. Wright, convicted earlier this year on felony perjury and voting fraud charges, was sentenced Friday to 90 days in county jail and barred for life from holding public office.

After turning down Wright's request for a new trial, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Kathleen Kennedy also sentenced the senator to three years' probation and 1,500 hours of community service.

He was ordered to surrender and begin serving his sentence Oct. 31.

Some observers have speculated that Wright will serve little or no time behind bars, given his heretofore clean record, the nonviolent nature of his crime and the severe crowding in county jail facilities.

This isn’t voter fraud, this is election fraud. There is a HUGE difference and it is vital that we make the distinction. Election fraud is what threatens us, not voter fraud.

Remind us what happened to that poster girl in Cincinnati who bragged about voting for ObaMao at least three times . . .

Voter fraud is a sub-set of election fraud.

There’s some consolation in knowing he’s been barred for life from holding public office. For a democrat politician, this is like saying he can never work again, since they have few marketable skills unrelated to taxing, lying, and living large.

Voter/Election fraud is a de facto coup d’etat. It is treason.

I remember when some celeb had to do jail time for something she did. I can’t remember what or who, but TMZ was saying the jails are so crowded there that even though this woman was sentenced to 30 days, she might do 30 minutes.

Like I said, I don’t remember the details at all, so I might be a little off, but my recollection is that she wasn’t even going to spend one night in jail.

I met Wright once when he spoke at the Silicon Valley Members Council of the NRA. He was an Assemblyman at the time representing South-Central LA (the hood). Even though he was a liberal on most other issues, he was very pro-gun rights. I can’t help but wonder if that had something to do with his prosecution. To quote Shakespeare, I fear worse will come in his place.

The only way to clean out California of commies and fascists is to resurrect the 1867 Reconstruction Act.

That entails barring the entire California congressional delegation from sitting in Congress. It also involves sending in a military governor, with armed troops, to take over the state of California. Specific California fascists and commies are either hanged or sent to prison as examples. The vast remainder are given one week to leave California and the United States or suffer a similar fate - hanging or imprisonment.

The 50 IQ voters are educated about the Constitution and given a chance to correct their stupidity. They are allowed to continue to vote until they get it. If they don’t “get it,” they have no representation in Washington and remain wards of the 1867 reconstruction state.
