Michael Brown robbed a local Ferguson convenience store shortly before his death. Then Brown smashed police officer Darren Wilson in the face, severely injuring Wilson, before he was shot dead.
No charges have been filed against Officer Darren Wilson despite weeks of rioting and looting by angry blacks in Ferguson.
Many of the witnesses to the shooting have turned out to be unreliable. The top “witness”, Dorian Wilson, was previously prosecuted for lying to police. Several other witnesses reportedly confirmed Officer Wilson’s side of the story, that he was assaulted and shot Mike Brown after he felt his life was in danger.
But, this past week the attorneys for Michael Brown found two contractors working in the area at the time of the shooting.
CNN reported:
Two men, shocked at what they saw, describe an unarmed teenager with his hands up in the air as he’s gunned down by a police officer.
They were contractors doing construction work in Ferguson, Missouri, on the day Michael Brown was killed.
And the men, who asked not to be identified after CNN contacted them, said they were about 50 feet away from Officer Darren Wilson when he opened fire.
An exclusive video captures their reactions during the moments just after the shooting.
“He had his f**n hands up,” one of the men says in the video.
The man told CNN he heard one gunshot, then another shot about 30 seconds later.
“The cop didn’t say get on the ground. He just kept shooting,” the man said.
So will these new found witnesses force St. Louis County to press charges against Officer Darren Wilson?
1. Don't rob stores.
2. Don't punch police officers.
3. Don't try to take a police officer's gun.
4. And, most importantly, don't rob a store and then punch a police officer in the face and try to take his gun.
I hope this is enlightening.

The officer will be charged and face trial no matter if he is innocent.
The progressive KKK has already deemed him guilty and the rabid lynch mob is ready for blood.
Funny how weeks went by and the contractors never stepped forward in such a highly publicized case. I’m sure they’re probably white too.../s

They already have info on these two “witnesses” and what could be seen from where they were located, 4 times farther from the shooting, and more obstructed from view, than CNN reports.”
Having seen the site photos, 50 feet away puts you roughly just beyond the sidewalks. Or up in the tree tops along the roadway.
This is all a total lie. But stupid people will run with whatever they can get I guess...
I suspect the video was fabricated after the fact.

Oh yeah. This is the video that was taken after the shooting where the ‘construction workers’ were repeating the original lies that Dorian Johnson told, which were given to him by Anthony Shahid ( a paid professional agitator) and were circulating through the crowd.
Nope. I would go with forensic evidence even if the witnesses had been honest to date. Witnesses lie, forensic investigation, done right, does not.
My bet is they are Dept of JustUs plants.
If the tape is genuine, it is important evidence. It indicates what the witnesses saw, or thought they saw, contemporaneously, which is obviously more reliable than after months have passed.
But it doesn’t prove what happened, only what somebody at the time thought had happened. Often two very different things.
