On September 8 an armed citizen shot and killed a man he claimed was trying to rob him outside an Indianapolis Kroger store.

The allegedly robbery took place at the corner of West Michigan Street and North Holmes Avenue "just before 6:20 a.m."

Meanwhile over at Panera Bread...... Hey bad guys. We just declared our stores targets of opportunity by telling folks to leave their weapons at home so you won't be threatened if you rob folks here.

Easy answer - carry concealed, if that’s an option where you live.

If you live in America it’s THE option.

The 2A does not discriminate on location.

If you go to the local Fox link, from the minimal info, it almost sounds like a some sort of deal gone bad.

They weren't the brightest bulbs in Indianapolis, the incident occurring across the street from a police station.

Personally, I'd give points for leaving the vehicle running, but I'm sure the EPA would water-board before shooting the guy anyway...

Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America

A new activist group of "Thug Moms attempting to protect their "going to medical school soon" teenage sons and daughters?

Very creative...

I’m SURE they’d prefer that the robbery happen; that the victim be beaten senseless by the thug mugger,

than to have a “common citizen” be able to stop the crime with a legally carried firearm.

Because of the 2nd Amendment, my wife mentioned this morning she and her Friday gab group decided they were never going to Panera again.

Penera serves so-so coffee, Pepsi products, and their food is nothing but carbohydrates, so I never did like it.

The headline claims a burglary was stopped; the story describes the stopping of a robbery.

Same here. I’m certain Pepsi places cost themselves significant money, at least in the South.
