Not sure what the result would have been had the home owner used deadly force. The local commonwealth attorney is not exactly pro 2nd Ammendment.

I realize the reporter is probably no smarter than my beagle but I note no charges listed for the use of the paintball gun. The wound needed medical treatment. Shouldn’t an assault charge have been lodged against one or all of these clowns?
