Deputy L.A.City Attorney Arrested On Multiple Child Porn Charges By JOSEPH SERNA, RICHARD WINTON Deputy L.A. city attorney arrested on child porn charges; free on $40,000 bail A deputy Los Angeles city attorney has been arrested and charged with possession of child pornography, authorities said Friday.

Christopher Richard Garcia, 57, was arrested Thursday afternoon at his home in San Pedro and booked on suspicion of possessing and distributing child pornography, said Officer Liliana Preciado, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles Police Department.

Garcia had been under investigation since at least November, when authorities served a search warrant at his home and seized computers and other “electronic evidence,” Preciado said.

“At the time, they found some questionable images,” she said.

A forensic search of the computer revealed evidence of child exploitation, she said

I would bet that within 10 years, child porn will have the same sacrosanct status in America as abortion and gay sex currently enjoy. Anybody who questions it will be a HATER.

No mention of any political party in the story, so your guess is as good as mine about that. :)

From the L.A. City and County political leadership on down, Los Angeles just seems to be completely gone to me. These people wouldn’t recognize sound governance if it walked up and gave them a 50,000 page resume.

Everything is Leftist agenda oriented. They might just as well be living in the 1970s U.S.R.R.

This headline doesn’t surprise me at all, because these people turned in their conscience decades ago. Nothing has to make sense, as long as it is supported by unions and Leftists just like them.

My boss was caught 2 years ago surfing kiddie porn sites, it resulted in a state police investigation. He still has his job. Senior admin swept it under the rug.

illegal immigration feeds the porn and child exploitation industries. The following link is an older story from 2004 but there’s no reason to believe that the practice of smuggling other than one’s own children is not just as true today:

“Maria Christina Baez and Laura Gastelum were arrested for smuggling five children. The women were paid $50 for each child and were to turn the children over to a stranger. They did not even know who the children were.”

Senior admin swept it under the rug.

Happens a lot; the sweeping, that is. I had a peer co-worker supervisor, all he hired were young pretty women. I was complaining to him and the big boss that he wasn't hiring fairly, that it wasn't a representation of a cross-slice of the populace. Of course, I caught a lot of flak for not seeing that he was doing wonderful things for giving women a boost through the glass ceiling etc. The gals weren't particularly bright, even when going through training, as compared to if he had hired more experienced guys.

Anyway, he was heavily into porn, viewing the stuff in his office. Got caught when he was sending stuff to the section printer, where one of his female workers found the porn printouts. All of a sudden, the female worker realized he wasn't hiring them for the women's benefit, but to ogle them. Gal complained, porn found on his computer, she got transferred out to another job. The higher-up bosses swept it under the rug and the supervisor kept his job.

Then I would suspect that it goes further up the ladder than your boss.
