On Friday, Vice reported about a 23-year-old girl named Bailey who, after becoming unexpectedly pregnant, has turned to the crowdfunding site GoFundMe to help pay for her much-needed abortion, asking a total of $2,500 to help pay for the operation.
Her GoFundMe page, originally titled "Stop Bailey From Breeding Fund," has been met with tremendous controversy, forcing the site to remove the page for some time. According to Vice, the page reads: "Bailey is currently unemployed, completely broke, in debt, and in no position to hold down a job due to severe symptoms of a rough, unplanned and unexpected pregnancy." Bailey also says she recently moved to Chicago from Phoenix and just really doesn't "want to become a mom."
In an interview with Vice, Bailey stated her pregnancy will be close to about 20 weeks by the time of the procedure and her current boyfriend, ironically named Lücifer Ryzing (no kidding), started the GoFundMe page and has been managing it for her. She did not clarify whether or not "Lücifer" had fathered her baby. When asked, Bailey declined to comment.
"Were broke kids who really need to have this abortion," said Bailey. "If people want to donate, they can, which is a lot easier than going and asking people."
Bailey also stated she has gotten much hate mail since the page went public, including death threats, but she also has had many supporters.

“much needed abortion”???
To: markomalley
“Broke kids” that happen know all about crowd-funding.
Yeah, right.

When you crowd fund a project you are supposed to offer your donors something tangible from the fruits of the enterprise in return for their support. What could this lass be offering?

So why not let someone adopt the baby?
My daughter and her husband are expecting their second child, she is 21 weeks pregnant...just had the ultrasound, a girl.

Drives me nuts that these people always ignore adoption as an option. It’s either kill the baby or I will be forced to raise a kid I don’t want.

That’s an interesting question. We are short of people, hence the demand we let illegals in, but if it’s a home grown, we don’t need them.
Congrats for your daughter, in fact your whole family.

It’s a scam.
No one moves from beautiful, warm, open, free Phoenix to dirty, murderous, totalitarian, freezing Chicago. That would be insane!

This is what Obama supporters and young “progressives” look like in real life. She could get a free abortion at many facilities if she wanted to. I am not sure if it is a scam to get money from pro-choice types and she is not even pregnant or if she really is pregnant and will get the taxpayer funded abortion and keep the cash. Much of the cash will probably be spent on drugs for her and Lucifer.
Anyway, she and Lucifer should have a great few months together.

God moves in mysterious ways. I believe that. I don’t think this woman is listening enough for God to get a message to her. It’s not impossible, but it is highly unlikely.
I think of Saul/Paul in times like this. Here was a man dead set against Christians, and God changed him almost in an instant.
It’s not out of the question. I realize that.

Send Bailey a dime with instructions on how to hold it between her knees and she won’t have to deal with another “rough, unplanned and unexpected pregnancy.”

Why does she need others to pay for her when the government will give it to her for free?
