After flying out of Newport in south Wales, Marine One made an unannounced landing at Boscombe Down Airbase in Wiltshire.

He couldn’t afford to do that on his own millions. He wanted the taxpayer to foot the bill.

What a narcissist.

Well, at least he didn’t knock it down like Clark Griswold did.

Exactly. Now he won’t have to worry about paying to go there himself in 2.5 years.

Stonehenge wouldn’t even be worth seeing unless it has a statue of Obama, with a continual loop CD of his greatest speeches.

Who gives a crap about idiots a long time ago that stood up some stones? Gee, not like humans have ever done that before.

As Peter Venckman says, “yes, no human would stack books like this.”

Hey, what the hell... we all have a bucket list.

Watching Obama’s impeachment trial live on CSPAN is on mine.

Obama said, "Not bad, for a bunch of crackers."

Interesting: I was there this past summer and there was a roped off area about 50 feet from the stones all around keeping the public away from them. It was explained that the ground is sinking near them and they wanted to preserve it. It’s good to be the President.

It’s on his bucket list?

That thing must be pretty empty by now.

We can only hope.

Unfortunately, they’ve been closed off for years. I’d worry about graffiti “artists” if I was maintaining them. My husband went there in the late 70s and got to walk around the stones. Tess of the D’Urbervilles, of course, rested there in her terrible life journey, poor fictional lady...

Takes a genius to crack the code of Stonehenge, It was a giant domino playground set for the Giants’ kids that used to walk the Earth..

Or a giant cockroach killer.

Imagine how disappointed he was to find out that Stonehenge WAS NOT a 5,000 year old Golf Course.

I was there about 10 years ago; they had a plastic mat walkway and a knee-high rope around the site. It was remarkably unobtrusive; I got lots of good pictures with no sign of the rope at all. Aircraft landing at Boscombe Down provided a nice contrast.
