The man believed to have 'decapitated' 82-year-old Palmira Silva in a suburban garden in North London has been informally identified by locals as a 25-year old recent 'Muslim convert', with one neighbor saying: "He was a black man young about 25 to 30 wearing all black, black t-shirt and jeans, about 5'10" and looked like he went to the gym".
A police commander speaking at a press conference yesterday said: "based on what we know, we do not believe this was a terror related incident", however new details have emerged from locals who lived by, and knew, the victim and attacker.
Palmira Silva, the 82-year-old great-grandmother and semi-retired Italian Café owner who was well regarded locally appears to have been in the wrong place at the wrong time, as the killer roamed from garden to garden after apparently having first decapitating a cat in a fit of rage. The Police believe the man was acting alone and they are "confident that we are not looking for anyone else at this stage".

Great! Wrong place, wrong time. WRONG! She was in the right place anytime. She was on her property attending to her affairs when a JIHADIST decapitated her. She is a hapless victim of mayhem and murder. “...wrong place at the wrong time...” infers she was somehow guilty of making a poor decision having decided to be in her own garden at that time. The JIHADIST was in the wrong place anytime!
But that can happen too. I don't think there's too many "honor" killings where the male was killed for raping the female. Somehow, the female gets blamed (and killed) for being assaulted. Islam is the Bizarro world religion of the world's religions.
Sounds like he needed to be introduced to a wood chipper, feet first. Of course, to keep the blades in good working order, you'd have to lubricate them with PIG FAT first. Then feed what came out of the wood chipper to live pigs.
I was in London last summer. The Muslims were everywhere and the men were cold, rough and disrespectful to their wives.

This murder hasn’t caused the rage of Rigby because it seemed/seems that we are dealing first and foremost with a nutter, a mentally ill psychopath, rather than Muslim fanatics.
London isn’t England or the UK as a whole. And whilst there are Islamic-heavy areas of the city, there are many parts that remain white British, or if ethnic, are not Muslim, everything from Greek, Thai and Jewish to black Caribbean, Sikh, Hindu, HK Chinese.
