he United States is concerned that the Islamic State group and other terrorists could get a hold of chemical weapons if Syria is hiding any stockpiles, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations said Thursday.
Samantha Power spoke to reporters after the Security Council received a briefing from Sigrid Kaag, who heads the international effort to rid Syria of its chemical weapons.
The joint mission of the United Nations and the Organization for the prohibition of Chemical Weapons will end at the end of the month after destroying nearly all of Syria's declared stockpile. But Kaag said the OPCW is still working with Syria to resolve discrepancies in its declaration, which she said range from outdated records to discrepancies on the volume of materials.
Power said the U.S. is concerned not only that President Bashar Assad's regime still has chemical weapons but that any stockpiles left behind could end up in the hands of the Islamic State group, which has seized large swaths of Syria and Iraq.

There are NO chemical weapons. Bush lied!!! Remember???
It’s time to put that dog down. Stop fooling around. It may be that Soros who controls Baraq wants him to stand down so Islam can dominate all of the nations and delare a caliphate to weaken and destabilize all nations and take away their soveignty so that the NWO can be established. If he’s at the head of the table he’ll be able control the whole world economy. He may just be helping his good ole buddy, Satan though. You know...for all that wealth and power.
Unpossible. Dear Leader assured us they have all been destroyed.
Too late - as far as i am concerned I have seen enough to believe that those called “moderate rebels” in Syria have already used chemical weapons on the Syrian people. Ever wondered why those exhaustive investigations by the UN went quiet? The UN and US were desperate to prove Assad was the perp to give them all the justification to full on go for Assad and bomb the shiite out of Syria. **crickets chirping** so what happened? These rebels are all one and the same - there is no moderate Islam.

Five thousand U.S. Marines were deployed to Kuwait today... I wonder why? #ISIS
I was just looking for a post exactly like yours. I was wondering after reading about “The No To Nato Counter-Summit [that] was held in Cardiff and Newport last weekend [where] peace campaigners and activists from across Europe, the US, and Russia come together to discuss alternatives and diplomatic routes towards true global security,” if in fact this group would be the place to go to find out who is up and coming in the world peace movement. A good-looking, smooth talking individual who makes the hair stand up on the back of your neck and a chill run down your spine.

"Phosgene was synthesized by the chemist John Davy (1790-1868) in 1812."
Making this stuff shouldn't be "rocket science" unless you were held hostage by the NEA's educational system for 12 years.
These chemical weapons could easily be loaded onto those 17 planes ISIS have now taken over. A few bombs landing on that airport and destroying those planes might be a pretty good idea.

RUSH: This was ISIS, folks, and we were anti-Assad. It was made to look like Assad was doing the gassing. He wasn’t, as it turns out. This morning on Fox & Friends, Brian Kilmeade spoke to retired Air Force Lieutenant General Thomas McInerney about Clinton’s remarks criticizing Obama’s handling of ISIS and here’s what the general said about Hillary’s remarks.
MCINERNEY: I happen to agree with her. I’m not sure why it’s just coming out now. I was pushing for the Free Syrian Army. They were a huge ally. We ended up arming the wrong people over there, and, remember, ISIS was formerly Al-Qaeda in Iraq, and so look at what we have now create — we didn’t create it. By doing nothing, we let it create itself. And if we don’t stop it now and stop it and protect the Kurds, we have a huge problem not only in the Middle East, but globally.
RUSH: Well, that’s General McInerney. I’ve got 15 seconds before the break. It turns out that my sources on this way back a year ago were absolutely right, that Assad was not the bad guy.
