Man o manischevitz, you are so right!! My wise ol' ma told me recently to stop drinking non-fat milk and go back to fat milk because "your body needs the fat to metabolize everything else properly." This was a few months ago and already I have DROPPED weight by switching from non-fat to 2 percent milk (haven't yet worked up to whole milk, which I used to love but which now is almost too much for my taste buds!).

Fat people who try to put responsibility for their state of obesity on someone or something else, are refusing to accept responsibility for their own actions and choices.
